Registry refurbishment works

The County Court Registry is undergoing refurbishment works between 13 December 2019 and 26 January 2020.

As a result of the refurbishment works, Registry services will be temporarily relocated to other areas on the ground floor of the Court:

  • civil and criminal enquiries will be handled at the ground floor reception desk (inside the main entrance to the Court building)
  • subpoena appointments for copying facilities will be located within the Juries Commission area
  • Court staff will be available to direct you to other temporary locations.

We will do our best to ensure Court users are not inconvenienced. Some services that will be affected due to a reduction of appointments available to parties that wish to access and copy civil court files and subpoenaed documents.

Urgent matters that are listed in late January and February in 2020 will be given appointment priority to copy documents. We recommend that parties arrange photocopying appointments for subpoenaed material either before 9 December 2019 or after 27 January 2020.
