  • Irrespective of the outcome, 64% believed that all parties in the matter were treated fairly.
  • 97% of those surveyed felt safe in the Court.

The County Court runs its user surveys twice a year to help improve how users experience the court.

User surveys are a best practice tool within the International Framework for Court Excellence.

The County Court is grateful to everyone who participated in the user survey and who were involved in making it a success once again. Particular thanks must go to the law school student volunteers who helped to deliver the survey.

The next Court user survey will be held in November/December 2019.
