Free seminar: 'Paperless trials and in court technology'

15 November 2018

Expert speakers put the use of technology in trials under the spotlight during a seminar hosted by the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria.

In this joint initiative held at the Owen Dixon Chambers East this morning, Justice John Dixon, Principal Judge of the Supreme Court’s Common Law Division, and Judge Philip Misso, the Judge in charge of the County Court's Common Law Division, chaired a panel of speakers to discuss the use of technology in trials.

The panel included Judge Tsalamandris of the County Court, Judicial Registrar Clayton of the Supreme Court and Ms Julia Frederico of the Victorian Bar, all enthusiastic proponents of new technology in trials, who spoke about their experiences and the benefits of going paperless.
