The County Court User Survey is on again! This is an opportunity for every person who enters the Court on that day to provide feedback on their experience via a short survey.
Volunteers in purple T-shirts will be stationed in the foyer of the Court, wandering through the Court and at the Registry counter, inviting participation from court users.
Court user surveys are a performance measurement tool required by the International Framework for Court Excellence, which was adopted by the County Court in 2010. Information about the beliefs of court users provides useful input to the County Court's strategic planning processes. The Court is committed to running biannual surveys in twice a year in order to understand and address issues as identified by court users.
If you are attending the Court on Monday 6 August please feel free to approach one of the volunteers and fill out a survey.
Your feedback is important to us.
