Published Reasons for Judgment and Sentence
Sentences remarks of significance and of a public interest may be published on the internet at the discretion of the trial judge. They may otherwise be available subject to any suppression order or the Judicial Proceedings Reports Act 1958. Where remarks are available, the Court may at its discretion remove personal data or identifying information.
Contact the County Court at email@example.com providing a short statement as to why the reasons are being sought and where possible details of the case such as the name of the trial judge, the parties and date.
Searching Court Records
The Access to Court Records Policy provides information for parties and non-parties to proceedings on how to apply for access to court documents.
